Conor Fahey

Conor is the Managing Director and Legal Practice Director of PSL Group, a hybrid employment law and people solutions consulting firm.

 

Conor has over 16 years of experience as an employment lawyer and in commercial human resources and industrial relations roles and prides himself on providing considered, productive and pragmatic client outcomes.

 

With experience as an employment lawyer (now Legal Practice Director) and practical commercial experience in the areas of human resources and industrial relations, Conor is able to provide his clients with practical solutions to complex workplace issues.

 

Conor has exceptional technical and relationship skills, partnering with his clients to provide advice and assistance across a wide range of people matters.

 

Conor advises across the full spectrum of employment law and employment relations including complex or sensitive workplace investigations, workplace culture review, workplace restructure, discipline and performance management, workplace disputes, employment contracts, enterprise agreement negotation, implementation and interpretation, statutory compliance and advising and appearing for clients in the Fair Work Commission and Federal and State Courts.

 

Conor has worked with clients across a variety of sectors including Mining, Oil and Gas, State and Local Government, Medical, Construction, Manufacturing and Financial Services.
